Welcome to Assurd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and applications provided by Assurd Techlabs (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Our Business Model
Assurd is not a traditional retailer. We operate as a trusted intermediary marketplace and certification hub. We connect third-party Sellers with Buyers, but unlike classifieds, every product listed on our platform physically passes through our facility.
Our technicians perform a rigorous Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to test, benchmark, and certify every item before it is listed.
2. Lab Certification & Condition
All products are sold as "Pre-Owned" or "Refurbished." While we guarantee the performance metrics listed in the "Lab-Certified Performance Report", you acknowledge that:
- The product may have minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents) which are documented in the listing photos.
- The performance benchmarks represent the item's condition at the precise time of testing in our lab.
3. Purchases & Payments
When you make a purchase, your payment is held in an Escrow/Nodal account. Assurd only releases the payout to the seller once the product has been delivered to you. This ensures your funds are protected until the transaction is complete.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
