Our Certification Promise
At Assurd, our entire business is built on trust and transparency. Every item sold on our platform undergoes a rigorous benchmarking process. The detailed "Performance Report" you see on the product page is a guarantee of the item's condition. Because of this, our return policy is designed to protect you if a product does not match its report, rather than for "buyer's remorse".
1. Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 5 (five) days of the product's delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility
A product is eligible for return ONLY if its performance or condition verifiably deviates from its "Lab-Certified Performance Report".
✅ Valid Reasons
- Performance drops significantly below tested benchmarks.
- Physical damage not documented in the listing.
- Key features (ports, fans, RGB) are non-functional.
❌ Invalid Reasons
- "I changed my mind" (Buyer's Remorse).
- Incompatibility with your PC parts.
- Found a cheaper price elsewhere.
- Documented cosmetic imperfections.
3. The Re-Certification Process
- Initiate: Contact support@assurd.in with your Order ID and evidence (photos/videos).
- Ship Back: Once provisionally approved, ship the product to us in its original packaging.
- Lab Testing: We will perform the exact same certification SOP on the returned item.
- The 5% Rule: A refund will be approved if the product's performance deviates by more than 5% (margin of error) from its original certified benchmarks.
- Denial: If the product performs within the 5% margin, the return is denied, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Refunds & Deductions
If approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method. However, please note:
